There has been a lot of activity on the network the last few weeks - here is what you may have missed!

Here is what's new at SuzieMax Depression Glass

Westmoreland Glass Company was a well known American glass company that was in operation from 1889 to 1984. Altough primarily known for milk glass, they also had two popular Depression Glass Patterns, as well as many other collectible glass patterns and pieces.

We also reviewed the Elegant Glass Values for November 2011. As always there were some gorgeous and very valuable pieces sold. My favorite was this Cambridge Glass Topaz Green Etched Vaseline Samovar. It sold for $700 and I fell it love with it. I really need one of these!!

At the Vintage Jewelry Guide, we reviewed the Costume Jewelry Values for November 2011. It was filled with the usual top selling designers - Chanel, Lavin, Sherman, Miriam Haskell and Schiaparelli. The two pieces that were the highest selling pieces were both bold pieces by Ciner.

There is also a new article on Beau Sterling Jewelry. They made beautiful sterling silver jewelry and charms from 1947 to 2004. There are some very pretty and also very whimsical pieces - mostly brooches, but also some bracelets and such and of course, lots of sterling silver charms.

At Vintage Bliss Vintage Dolls, we're focusing right now on Vintage Madame Alexander Dolls. There are new articles on Madame Alexander Cissy Dolls and Madame Alexander International Dolls. The Cissy dolls were very popular dolls of the 1950s and the International Alexander dolls were popular dolls of the 1960s.

Vintage Nightgown reviewed the Vintage Nightgown Values & Top Sellers for November 2011 and as usual there were some breathtakingly gorgeous gowns and robes. They just don't make them like that anymore! The highest priced item was a maribu trimmed robe by Intime - it sold for almost $500! In the top ten there were several beautiful vintage Olga Nightgowns and a really pretty vintage Vanity Fair Nightgown.

On to everyone's favorite vintage doll - Vintage Barbie! At Fashion Doll Guide, there is a new page on 1968 Skipper Clothes. Skipper was Barbie's little sister and in 1968 she had ten clothing ensembles. On this page there are pictures, descriptions and a list of what was included with each ensemble.

We added a new site this week to the network - Guide to Vintage Clothing. This week we looked at the styles of clothing that were popular in the 1900s in 1900 Fashion.

Finally at Vintage Cookie Jars, we added a new article on Betty Boop Cookie Jars and also reviewed the Collectible and Vintage Cookie Values for November 2011. Which reminds me, I have a question for you. If you saw this cookie jar at a yard sale for $25, what would you do?

If you answered, I'd grab it up as quick as I could and run home and list it on eBay - you'd be right. This is a vintage McCoy Freddie the Gleep cookie jar and sold for $915 on eBay last month! He wasn't the highest priced cookie jar sold, either - there were five more that went for more than him, with the highest price going to a collectible cookie jar from 1981. It sold for $1,611.
